About this role
Serves as a liaison among families, community, and school staff; facilitates communications and provides FCPS information and resources to families; encourages family engagement in children's education and connects families to what their children are learning; builds relationships with and among families, staff members, and community members; promotes understanding of families' cultural diversity; provides information about and connects families to human services; and ensures families feel welcome, trusted, and valued by the school.
