About this role
You will work with a team of doctors and nurses to take care of a group of patients with chronic conditions. Your role involves: Helping patients to understand the importance of annual eye, foot and health screenings. Assisting nurses and to teach patients about self-care, performing vision testing and basic assessments. Training and career development opportunities will be provided to successful candidates. Requirements : Proactive and self-motivated Interested in promoting a healthy lifestyle Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualifications Diploma in Health Management Services and Health Promotion preferred Working experience in healthcare preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel
