You will be part of the Sales Operations team for the NI business group. Our team focusses on generating analytics and insights for our leadership team. Recently we have started on a journey to develop a holistic data lake and automate analysis which should give us new data insights as well as predict our KPIs. We need skilled senior sales analysts to work with our team and drive this transformation.
• Assure monthly and quarterly business analytics support for the business reviews (MBR/QBR) with Sales and NI leadership team, and analyze sales performance across regions, customers, products, and channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Monitor pipeline health, deal velocity, and quarterly progression; highlight gaps vs. targets and propose corrective actions, including predictability on short-medium-long term spanning on all business analytics domains. • Prepare ad-hoc analytics for regional and global management such as pipeline trend analysis, bookings, backlog, order intake, opportunities under development, and conduct sophisticated analytics (country coverage by logo/technology/segment, partner ecosystem, go-to-market effectiveness, competition analysis, whitespace, x-selling). • Report, analyze and interpret sales funnel, financial and KPIs data (BG specific, e2e, cross-selling) to provide directions for sales development; assure data integrity, quality and analysis. • Process Headcount analytics such as people productivity, sales performance, HC/Market coverage of AM/PSM. • Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation, as well as to improvement of data accuracy and quality, leading actions with the involved teams.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (mandatory) and PowerPoint, experience with MS Sharepoint site would be a plus • Excellent analytical skills with a love for numbers and an analytical and critical approach to details • Good business understanding and acumen and data management skills • English proficiency to communicate and partner with an international team based in all the seven regions • Strong attitude to teamwork and clear communication
It would be nice if you also had:
• PowerBI/CRM/CRM Analytics experience is a plus • Be able to proactively raise thoughtful questions, create insights and proposals for actions which will enhance the effectiveness of business teams
