About this role

The Administrative Assistant supports NOV Digital Completions Solutions (DCS) by providing administrative, sales, and customer service support to ensure accurate order processing, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role assists with compliance screening, order entry and revisions, customer setup and maintenance, and CRM dashboard support. Working closely with Sales and internal teams, the Administrative Assistant helps maintain accurate records, process license agreements, assist with accounts receivable activities, and provide backup coverage as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and flexibility to support on-call rotations and switchboard coverage are essential to supporting NOV DCS’s commitment to operational excellence and customer-focused solutions.
