Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more that 3.500 partent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). We are looking for a passionate and motivated apprentice to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our in-house simulator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of 5G and 6G RAN technology. Our team specializes in the Layer 1 aspect of the product. Our platform is based on various hardware solutions, including SOC and CPU/GPU architectures. We highly encourage the use of IA tools to enhance our development process.
• Assist senior developers in designing and implementing simulator features. • Collaborate with the team to understand and meet project requirements. • Learn and apply best practices in software development and testing. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in 5G and 6G technologies. • Support the team in maintaining and optimizing the simulator's performance. • Document and communicate your work effectively within the team. • Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance your skills. • Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues. • Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Enthusiastic and motivated apprentice with a passion for technology. • Basic understanding of software development principles. • Familiarity with 5G and 6G RAN concepts is an advantage. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Proficiency in programming languages used in the project (e.g., C, C++, Python). • Basic knowledge of hardware architectures (SoC, CPU, GPU) is preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. • Eagerness to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
