NOV Artificial Lift is seeking a Reliability Engineer in the Midland, TX area. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for conducting Dismantle, Inspection, and Failure Analysis (DIFA) investigations to identify failure mechanisms, determine root causes, and support corrective actions that improve equipment reliability and performance. This role works closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and field service teams to analyze failures, recommend improvements, and enhance product longevity and customer satisfaction.
