About this role
- Install, maintain, repair equipment and systems provided by NOV for various types of drilling rigs. - Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting efficiently, either on site or remotely - Collaborate with clients and provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and offering recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements. - Complete service reports and track inventory accurately -Deliver high quality service in line with NOV safety and operational standards -Stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
