JOB DESCRIPTION
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets. • Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment • Following production procedure and specifications • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machinery and disposing of waste materials properly. • Perform overtime over the weekend and public holiday when required. • Adhere to safety regulations and wear protective equipment as required. Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent. • Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment. • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. • Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies. • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. • Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery. • Ability to carry physical works. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy). • This role required you to work on rotating shifts. • Able to work overtime (if required).
