JOB DESCRIPTION
General operative duties in this instance could include:
• Prepare the tooling for winder to run the production according to schedule given. • To collect and get ready the resin or material during the winding process for pipe and fitting production. • To ensure the tooling to be heat/transfer in the oven before production. • To ensure all tooling standby must be clean and maintain in good operating condition. Any damage or hiccup must be report immediately to foreman or supervisor for further action • To transfer the pipe and fitting into post qure oven after wind. • Perform quality control on the product, follow reporting and record keeping procedure and report problem if any to foreman or superior. • To comply with all safety, house keeping and health procedure at work or premise. • Any others duties assign by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent. • Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment. • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. • Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies. • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. • Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery. • Ability to carry physical works. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy). • This role required you to work on rotating shifts. • Able to work overtime (if required).
