OSS Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Operations Support Systems to ensure efficient network and service management. Design, deploy, configure, and maintain OSS platforms for network monitoring, fault management, performance management, and service assurance. Integration: Integrate various network elements and IT systems with OSS solutions to create a unified operational view. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to OSS applications, databases, and underlying infrastructure. Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
