About this role
The Development Customer Escalation (DCE) team serves as the technical bridge between customers, global technical services, and product line engineering. A DCE Engineer work cross functionally with Software, Firmware, Hardware Engineering, Product Line Management (PLM), Software/Hardware Architecture, Software Verification (SVT), and Global Technical Support (GTS) Teams to effectively and efficiently resolve the issues affecting the Customers networks.
