About this role
The OSS Management Specialist assures the maintenance of OSS/SQM and upgrades / updates of the OSS/SQM SW / HW within the agreed SLA's. Responsible for the OSS/SQM maintenance & upgrade, error collection and preventive maintenance. It is responsible for data administration ( CMDB) and identify Management functions.
