Taking its name from the infamous golden-hued roses of the Lone Star State, as well as the joyful style that the brand is known for, the Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott collection is a boutique approach to jewelry, apparel, and home goods that celebrates the rich ranch culture of the American Southwest. Position Overview We are seeking an entrepreneurial, visually driven Brand General Manager to lead Yellow Rose, a high-growth lifestyle jewelry brand backed by the infrastructure and scale of Kendra Scott. In this role, you will own the brand's end-to-end P&L and shape its strategic direction, commercial performance, and customer experience. You will combine compelling brand storytelling with disciplined operational execution, leading the business with the speed and agility of a direct-to-consumer (DTC) startup while strategically leveraging the manufacturing capabilities, sourcing expertise, and enterprise resources of our parent company. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Lifestyle Branding Own the Jewelry P&L: Manage the full financial health, margins, inventory productivity, and resource allocation to drive profitable growth. Elevate Brand Equity: Define the lifestyle positioning, aesthetic direction, and emotional storytelling to build long-term community and customer loyalty. Omnichannel Growth: Scale a balanced multi-channel strategy across DTC e-commerce, third-party marketplaces, boutique wholesale, and experiential retail. Product Commercialization & Merchandising Assortment Strategy: Partner with design teams to define seasonal launch calendars, core collection planning, and trend-driven capsules. Margin Optimization: Oversee pricing strategies that balance premium brand positioning with optimized gross margins and jewelry product sell-through. Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with parent company sourcing networks to optimize precious metal/gemstone procurement, casting, and logistics. Parent Matrix & Team Leadership Lead Creative & Analytical Teams: Direct dedicated and shared teams across marketing, digital product, visual merchandising, and supply chain. Unlock Corporate Scale: Act as the primary liaison to parent executives, securing capital and utilizing shared backend infrastructure (e.g., HR, legal, global logistics). Our Ideal Candidate Will Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Jewelry or Fashion Leadership: 12+ years of business leadership experience, with a proven track record in lifestyle jewelry, accessories, or premium fashion/beauty. A proven ability to define and inspire others to achieve corporate objectives and strategies P&L Mastery: Demonstrated success managing a distinct brand P&L, with deep knowledge of inventory turn, gross margin return on investment (GMROI), and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Omnichannel Execution: Deep familiarity with modern DTC tech stacks, including Shopify Plus, paired with traditional retail or wholesale distribution. Taste & Commercial Acumen: A strong eye for visual trends and consumer culture, balanced with rigorous, data-driven financial discipline. Founder Mentality: The grit to solve small operational bottlenecks independently, combined with the executive presence to present to board-level parent leadership.
