Project Description: The Peace Corps Volunteer will join FCDE's dynamic team to provide tangible capacity strengthening support to our grassroots local partner organizations (LPOs). Working collaboratively with our experienced staff, the PCV will help LPOs develop sustainable agribusiness initiatives, enhance climate resilience programs, and build strategic partnerships that amplify their community impact. The PCV will work under the direct supervision of the Program Director with guidance from the Co-Executive Director.
Required Skills: • BA/BS degree in business, administration, marketing, entrepreneurship, or Business Education. Formal training in entrepreneurship. • Experience working in a start up or social enterprise, or running a small • business. • Experience developing business plans. • Strategic and analytical thinking skills. • Experience facilitating adult training.
