About this role
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures operational readiness of all equipment and facilities. Maintains systems and equipment by assuring the completion of preventative maintenance schedules and repairs including rebuilding and replacing of worn or failing components and parts. Leads a direct staff and works with staff on performance development including coaching. Ensures high standards of work and safety are maintained. Salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 (plus a $5,000 shift differential and bonus eligibility)
