Job Description

• Work & drive operations on ground by bringing efficiencies in respective department allocated and be part of driving central projects for site. • Independently drive their specific projects end to end with relevant stakeholder management, Central Supply chain planning - Capacity & Operational Planning & Process Improvements • Innovative and motivated team to work within our leadership team at site and central supply chain team through projects. • Support strategic projects that allows you to have a real impact on the business. • Will be expected to quickly understand operations and able to drive independently and develop business understanding. • Challenge existing wisdom/ways of working and bring innovation • A self-starter with a keen interest in solving issues on the ground and bring efficiencies for the team and ensure team productivity and motivation. • Open to work in different time shifts as per business requirement. • To support and coordinate system and process enhancement related project

Specific relevant

• Experience or understanding of operational process, shift planning and execution. • Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments • Analytical approach is a must with ability to think out of box solutions. • Ability to think logically and take decisions based on situational assessments • Ensure relevant on-going learning and development of all employees on communication methods • Provide technical expertise to the team • Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility

Engineering Graduate

• MBA – Supply chain • Membership of an industry related professional body would be advantageous • Six Sigma or equivalent qualification
