About this role
We’re seeking a performance marketer to lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEM, programmatic, paid social, and more), driving measurable growth and maximizing return on ad spend. You’ll manage execution end-to-end, analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure campaigns stay on time, on budget, and on goal. You’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, oversee junior team members, manage budgets and reporting, and continuously improve media strategy. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of digital performance experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise across key paid media platforms.
