About You:
• You have a 3-5 years of experience in research or strategic insights—your passion for understanding consumer behaviour shines through. • Your ability to connect with people and communicate ideas clearly and engagingly sets you apart. • You think creatively and strategically, ready to tackle any challenge with a fresh perspective. • You proactively identify opportunities with existing clients and contribute to business development through compelling proposals and pitches, acting as a ‘sparring partner for clients, understanding their business challenges • You are autonomous but thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoying both independent and team-driven successes. • Fluent in both English and Croatian.
