About this role
The Insights Director will be expected to provide input on proposal development, develop and implement appropriate research plans and methodologies for both quantitative and qualitative studies for new product development, packaging (re)design and shopper experience. This person should be a self-starter who possesses strong attention to detail, enjoys multi-tasking, and can meet deadlines while working under pressure. The ideal candidate can work both independently and as part of a larger team and will have a minimum of 8 years of experience.
