About this role
A nonexempt position responsible for performing a general x-ray and administrative duties. These duties include but are not limited to providing clinical and supportive services to patients, providers, and staff, greeting patients, creating or verifying, analyzing and updating patient insurance information. Specimen collection, preparing for exams, patient history collection, performing screening procedures per provider guidelines, relaying instructions to patients, and assisting with other specific practice procedures (varying by office). May be assigned to various offices including medical specialty departments. QUALIFICATIONS: AMA approved, accredited program in Radiologic Technology. Six-month experience preferred. New Jersey License required. Radiologic Technologist Registry (ARRT) preferred, and CPR certified required (American Heart Association).
