About this role
MAJOR FUNCTION: The Director of Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy Services at Inspira Health is responsible for leading and optimizing system-wide pharmacy operations across retail, specialty, infusion, and 340B programs. This role is responsible for driving growth, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while expanding patient access to high-cost and complex therapies. The director partners with clinical, financial, and executive leaders to align pharmacy services with population health goals, ensures adherence to all 340B requirements and audit readiness, and develops high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care across all pharmacy channels. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience:
• Education: Pharmacy degree PharmD from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required. A master’s degree is required. • Experience: 7 to 10 years Management experience required. • General Practice experience is required. • Experience in retail, specialty pharmacy, and 340B program management required Certification / Licensure:
• Active pharmacist license in New Jersey required. • Board certification (e.g., BCPS) preferred • Apexus Advanced 340B (ACE) Certification preferred Physical Requirements Place an N, O, F or C in the boxes below N: Never O: Occasionally (80%)
