About this role
MAJOR FUNCTION: Provides psychosocial assessments and therapeutic clinical services in accordance with professional standards and requirements of licensing, regulatory and accrediting bodies. Develops and implements treatment plans, therapeutic and psychosocial activities. Documents both group and individual patient care intervention and outcomes in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience:
• Master’s degree in a mental health field such as Social Work or Counseling required. • Minimum of three years in a social work, counseling or mental health related field required. • Specific population experience preferred for certain programs. Certification/Licensure:
• License required LPC, LCSW or LMFT required. • Current BLS American Heart Association and Welle training preferred but required within introductory period.
