Please note: this will be for a duration through June 15, 2026. 32 hours per week; will require on-site work at China Basin campus. Must have Spanish language fluency. The Community Education Specialist I is an entry-level professional who applies basic concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity. This role works on assignments that are initially routine in nature and require limited judgment and decision-making. Incumbents are expected to build foundational skills and knowledge to perform more advanced work over time through structured training and development. This position will provide entry-level support to public school districts adopting and implementing Multitudes , a state-approved screening tool for early literacy and dyslexia. The role focuses on outreach, customer service, and ensuring smooth onboarding for districts across California. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Provide basic troubleshooting and technical assistance to school district representatives using the Multitudes platform. Onboarding & Training Support onboarding by guiding districts through registration, setup, and implementation. Distribute program materials such as FAQs, handouts, and training schedules. Communication & Relationship Management Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups in a CRM system (e.g., Zendesk Sell). Collaborate with outreach teams to track leads and ensure timely follow-up. Support positive relationships with partner districts.
