Icertis Solutions Private Limited seeks an Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and strategic alignment in the Core Platform Extension department. - Define and execute engineering strategies, aligning with organizational objectives. - Ensure adherence to system architecture, design standards, and engineering best practices. - Drive technical excellence, code quality, and platform scalability. - Partner with Architecture and Product leadership to develop long-term technology roadmaps. - Own delivery commitments, ensuring reliable release processes and high-quality deployments. - Lead, mentor, and develop Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Senior Engineers. - Build leadership pipelines and succession plans, fostering talent management. - Establish engineering metrics and improve operational processes and automation. - Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, Security, and Data. - Act as a key stakeholder in enterprise initiatives, enabling collaboration.
