Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual students' learning needs and EHCP outcomesSet clear learning objectives and use Autism-specific practices to personalise work for individuals and groupsCollaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create holistic learning experiencesBuild strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student progressOrganise and maintain a stimulating classroom environment and ensure resources are available to promote learningMonitor and assess pupils’ progress, keeping accurate records and reporting achievement in line with school policy
