Foxbridge Primary School is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to play a key role in ensuring our school is a welcoming, secure, and well-maintained space where children can thrive.
This role is 20 hours per week. We welcome applications from candidates wishing to work solely at Foxbridge, as well as those interested in combining this position with a second Site Manager role at Drakelow Park Flying High Academy (17 hours). The roles can be appointed separately or combined into a single full-time position across both schools.

About the Role
As Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our school safe, secure, and welcoming for children, staff, and visitors. From overseeing maintenance and repairs to ensuring the security of the premises, you’ll take pride in creating an environment where learning can flourish.
This is a hands-on, varied role requiring practical skills, strong organisation, and a proactive approach.
For candidates interested in a full-time opportunity, this role can be combined with the Site Manager position at Drakelow Park Flying High Academy, supporting both schools across the week.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained at all timesCarry out maintenance and repairs, ensuring buildings and grounds are kept in excellent conditionMaintain high standards of cleanliness and presentationLiaise with contractors and oversee works on siteEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsCarry out regular checks, inspections, and record keepingRespond promptly to issues and emergenciesSupport lettings and wider use of the school siteWe Are Looking For
