About this role
We are looking for an individual who:
has initiative, is practical, positive, warm, and compassionate and is able to support children academically, socially and emotionally. has experience of working with children of all ages has experience of working with a range of special educational needs including ADHD, ASD, PDA, SLCN and children who are pre-verbal has experience of carrying out targeted interventions, working from EHCPs and with external professionals has a positive attitude and who is flexible and able to adapt to different situations is hard working, energetic, enthusiastic and who will support our values and Christian ethos has the ability to support children’s academic, social and emotional development in all Key Stages (EYFS to Year 6) is able to develop positive relationships with pupils, having an understanding of the their social and emotional needs is able to remain calm when met with a variety of challenges
