About this role
The Director of Product Engineering is a key leadership position responsible for defining and owning IB’s product engineering operating model across the Digital & Data Office (DDO) and helping drive sustained transformation from a project-centric, vendor-dependent delivery model to a product-led, AI-enabled engineering organisation. They oversee a team of approximately 100 engineers and delivery managers.
