About this role
The International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) is increasingly working with education systems, including governments, international organizations and non-profit organizations, to support education reform where there is alignment with an IB education. The Operations Manager supports the effective running of the operational processes, governance arrangements and tools that enable the Education Systems Solutions department to evaluate, develop and deliver systems consultancy opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and working closely with regional teams and corporate functions, the role helps ensure that proposals and projects are well coordinated, compliant, operationally sound and progressed efficiently. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time opportunity based in Cardiff or The Hague, with the potential to become permanent pending the growth and sustainability of the systems consultancy business. Travel is expected to be approximately 15% of time.
