About this role
The People Project Specialist is part of the People Experience Team within the Global People (HR) Team. This role plays a critical part in embedding IB’s culture by contributing to the management of global People (HR) projects and initiatives that enhance the people experience and integrate best practices. It aligns policies, governance, employee engagement and change management with our People Strategy, fosters stakeholder engagement, and delivers scalable, data-driven solutions to actively influence organizational transformation and champion a strong, employee-centered people experience.
