AR Accountant (Maternity cover 1,5 year)
Job Description: Team leader: Kobierska, Roksana Your Responsibilities
• Posting documents in the area of Receivables especially calculating and posting Rebates and Commissions documents
• Checking accounting documents and solving issues related with them
• Preparing data for reporting (Dashboards, data reporting, KPI’s, control reports)
• Participating and driving projects of improvements, automations and data analytics within the scope of accounting (using PowerBI, SharePoint, Excel)
• Cooperating with the internal customers
• Everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries
• Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines
• Exercising controls over processes
• Cooperation with other accountants and supporting Team on other daily duties especially during Month End Close
• Preparing and updating work instructions
Your Profile
• 1+ year experience working in accounting/finance area is a requirement
• Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment
• Good command of English – written and oral (B2)
• Experience with ERPs within daily activities, as well as system and process enhancements
• Additional foreign language will be an advantage
• Problem Solving and good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn and develop in accounting area
• Flexibility
• Proactive approach
