Job Description: Ensuring the full cycle of HR administration and supporting key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR policies) in compliance with labor legislation and internal company standards.

Responsibilities: • Ensuring the full cycle of HR administration and supporting key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR policies) in compliance with labor legislation and internal company standards. • Administration and control of HR documentation, including hiring, transfers, relocations, terminations, vacations, bonuses, financial assistance, labor contracts, headcount and timesheet tracking. • Administration of employee health insurance contracts. • Monitoring changes in labor legislation and ensuring HR processes are compliant with local regulations. Working with internal HR systems (SAP EC, Kenexa, MyADM, etc.). • Development, implementation, and maintenance of internal HR policies and procedures; • Development and regular update of job descriptions. • Design, implementation, and support of onboarding programs; ensuring effective adaptation of new employees. Participation in recruitment processes (CV screening, interview coordination, candidate support through the onboarding stage). • Participation in HR projects and initiatives. Labor market analysis and participation in salary benchmarking surveys. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in HR and personnel administration. • Strong knowledge of HR administration processes and documentation requirements. Intermediate English level MS Office. • Strong analytical skills and systems thinking. • High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills. • Motivation for continuous professional development in HR.
