Reporting: Project Manager
Location : Milano – Italy (On-Site)
• To monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising from design, progress, quality and safety • To assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings • To track all the design approval/validation processes ensuring responses are provided in due dates • To undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress • To assist in the development and implementation of quality management • To monitor activities, procedures and site works, record and report non-conforming work and drive the team for follow up, preventative, and close out actions
• University Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Development Management and Project Management. • Fluency in Italian and English Languages
It will be considered a plus:
• Previous experience in multinational environment or in Project Management at Construction • Previous experience in the construction management at industrial sector • Previous experience permitting process • Previous experience in coordination activities related to LEED/BREEAM certifications • Certifications in the field of project management BIM/REVIT knowing
