Are you a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS teaching assistant who is passionate about helping young children thrive?
We are seeking a EYFS teaching assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team. This fixed term position is linked to funding for a child with SEND and will involve working closely with identified pupils to support their learning, development and access to the curriculum. While a significant proportion of the role will involve supporting a particular child, the successful candidate will also work as part of our EYFS team, contributing to high-quality provision for all children within the classroom.
We are looking for someone who is / We would love to hear from you if:
Have experience of working with young children, preferably within an EYFS setting. Be patient, nuturing and committed to meeting the needs of all learners. Have a good understanding of child development and inclusive practice. Be able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate initiative when required.
Working Hours
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours of Monday to Friday 08:15 to 15:45.
