Team Overview: Edward Jones is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be a technology difference maker in our Investment Management Portfolio. This Portfolio consists of seven distinct areas creating technology solutions to help Edward Jones Financial Advisors offer Investment Solutions to our Clients. We are focused on many efforts including deepening use of optimization investment platforms, improving user interfaces used several hundred thousand times per day, and expanding/enabling our systems with deeper AI features and integrated functions. What You'll Do: Solutions Engineers are senior technical leaders with experience in designing and delivering large-scale, complex systems Define and drive technology roadmaps for the Investment Management portfolio, aligning business and technology priorities Work across teams to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver scalable solutions Guide and mentor engineers and tech leads on architecture, design, and development best practices Ensure alignment to engineering standards through design and implementation reviews Partner with Product Leadership to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions Represent the portfolio in enterprise architecture forums and working groups Lead and collaborate with teams across multiple geographies and time zones
