Job Title: Team Manager, Qualifications Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Hybrid) Job Summary: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets for Pearson school qualifications. Drive growth by managing key partner relationships, optimising team performance, and representing Pearson’s brand across the region. Key Responsibilities: Provide assessment and qualifications expertise to the team Lead the team to achieve and exceed revenue for school qualifications, including personal. Monitor sales activity, track results, and report on performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management. Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to ensure regional plans and initiatives are fit-for-purpose and support growth. Build and manage relationships with key partners, school groups, and ministries to maximise opportunities and promote Pearson’s brand. Coach, develop, and performance-manage direct reports, ensuring clear goals, regular feedback, and a strong, positive team culture. Required Skills and Competencies: Revenue Growth, Account Management, Strategic Planning, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Influencing Skills, Problem Solving, Adaptability, Learning to Learn Qualifications (Education & Experience): Experience in assessment, ideally with UK qualifications Proven experience managing sales teams in education or a related sector. Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong customer relationships. Experience with pipeline management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. People management experience required. Preferred / Desirable: School leadership background
