About this role

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) serves as a servant leader, coach, and connector across an Agile Release Train (ART). This role partners with Product and Technology leaders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment from strategy through execution. The RTE drives a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve meaningful business outcomes. What You’ll Do: Lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment from roadmap through delivery Coach senior leaders and stakeholders on Lean-Agile practices to improve decision-making and team alignment Optimize ART flow by reducing cross-team dependencies, improving predictability, and accelerating value delivery Serve as the “chief Scrum Master,” mentoring Scrum Masters and elevating team-level practices Build and develop a high-performing team of teams across the ART Partner with Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and peer RTEs to advance Agile maturity across the organization Facilitate key program events (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt) Provide visibility through metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments Influence and align stakeholders across teams without direct authority a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }
