Department: Franchise Channel Role: Activation Service RM Grade: E1/E2- AM/ DM Years of Exp: 2 to 4 yrs Reporting to: M3/M4 Location: Mumbai Role: ü Analyzing the franchisee business by resolving the existing issues thereby providing immense support to the franchisee. ü To maintain a synergetic relationship with RH, SH and RM’s by supporting their efforts to enhance the business. ü Responsible to reactivate the inactive franchisees by resolving the teething issues thereby generating brokerage and doing account addition consistently. ü Develop and maintain long term relationship with the franchisee to maintain a high level of retention of the existing franchisee and also focus on generating new business. ü To keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence. ü Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
