About this role
This position is responsible for the end-to-end software lifecycle of 48V DC-DC converter solutions for Ford's next-generation vehicles. The D&R Engineer acts as the primary technical link between Ford and external suppliers, translating functional requirements into software specifications and ensuring all deliverables meet stringent quality, functional safety (ISO 26262), and cybersecurity standards.
