Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, including at least 2 years in an Executive Chef role.
• Prior experience in a star-class hotel or luxury resort environment.
• Proven expertise in managing kitchen operations, leading teams and upholding high culinary standards.
• Strong background in menu development, food cost management, quality control and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative, guest-focused culinary experiences.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene.
