Contract: Part-time, Permanent - 37.83 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 4, SP 9-12 (FTE: £27,254 - £29,540 / Actual: £23,299 - £25,254 per annum)

Churchill Special School, part of the Unity Schools Partnership, is seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Coordinator to join our vibrant and supportive community. As the school is going through a period of increasing its pupil numbers an opportunity has arisen to work in the pastoral team. We are looking for someone who is solutions-driven, proactive and is passionate about SEND pupils. The successful candidate will be part of the pastoral team supporting students to self regulate their behaviour and be ready for learning. This job involves working closely with the pupils, staff and parents.

Pupils love our school. ‘Pupils love their school as this is a place where they can be themselves. Pupils build important social skills and make friends. Adults support pupils to celebrate their neurodiversity and recognise the shared similarities they have with others, regardless of background.
