Job Descriptions: Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment. Manage Service Performance Review Support monthly or yearly audit testing by providing all relevant documentations. Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data Participate in UAT as when needed. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals. Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time. Job Requirements: Basic Graduate in any discipline is required. 1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry. Hands-on experience in working on Order to Cash process i.e Agreements/Contracts, Claims etc. Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools. Proficient MS Excel
