As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be a Human Resources strategic learning partner for the Shipboard leadership team. Conducting needs analysis, identify performance gaps and providing recommendations for learning solutions are key. You will lead and project manage the implementation of learning strategies, while facilitating sophisticated learning content to multiple audience members. You will report to: Manager, Human Resources (shipboard) Level: 2 ½ Stripes
