Your role The main purpose of this role is to support OpenStack based telco cloud infrastructure. What you will do Operate and maintain OpenStack compute, storage, and network services Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents and performance issues Perform capacity planning, scaling, and lifecycle management Support integrations with orchestration, monitoring, and automation layers Ensure availability and resilience of NFV infrastructure Operate and maintain OpenStack compute, storage, and network services Requirements: Strong Linux administration (RHEL / CentOS / Rocky) Process, memory, disk, CPU troubleshooting Systemd, journald, log analysis Networking basics: ports, firewalls, DNS, routing SSH, SCP, file permissions, SELinux (basic) openstack CLI Service logs Prometheus (metrics basics) Grafana dashboards Alerts & thresholds Log analysis (Splunk / ELK / journald) Basic understanding of: MTTR Alert noise reduction Basic Ansible playbooks (run & troubleshoot) Shell scripting (log cleanup, checks) Terraform awareness (read & validate, not design) CI/CD awareness (pipelines, failures) About Infosys Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
