Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of: Change Management Lead / Change Manager Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. Łódź - hybrid Role purpose Lead end‑to‑end change management for mid and large‑scale digital transition & transformation programs, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, adoption, and realization of business value across global, multi‑country environments. Key responsibilities Lead and own end‑to‑end Change Management workstreams across complex transformation programs (ERP, digital, operating model, process and organizational change) Define and deliver integrated change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans aligned with overall program objectives Conduct change impact assessments to identify organizational, role, process, and capability impacts and translate them into actionable change interventions Design and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans tailored to senior leaders, managers, and impacted business users Partner closely with Project Management, Process, IT, and Business leads to align change activities with program milestones and dependencies Support leadership teams with change readiness, sponsorship alignment, and decision‑making related to adoption and transformation outcomes Develop and oversee training strategies and enablement approaches to support consistent adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working Monitor and manage change risks, resistance points, and adoption metrics, ensuring timely mitigation actions Prepare change roadmaps, implementation plans, and success measures to track progress and value realization Coach project teams and guide clients on effective change and adoption practices in complex, matrix environments Required experience & skills 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), or Transformation roles, with exposure to large‑scale, global initiatives Strong experience leading change programs in digital transformation, ERP, BPM, GBS, GCC, or consulting environments Proven ability to design and execute change strategies covering communication, training, stakeholder management, and adoption Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work across matrix organizations Strong consulting skills, including problem solving, analytical thinking, and structured delivery orientation Experience working alongside project and program management teams in complex, multi‑workstream environments Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci / DKAR, APMG or equivalent) Fluent English (written and spoken) Mobility up to 20% Benefits Performance bonus twice a year Additional social bonuses Employee referral program Access to training platform (self-learning), domain/soft/technical skills training Private medical care at Medicover (with possible extension to family members) Reimbursement of Multisport card or points on MyBenefit platform Attractive group insurance A chance to develop SAP Internal training program Stable employment based on an employment contract No trial period in the contract
