Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of: Tax Compliance Analyst (VAT) Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote Responsibilities: Preparing VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, Intrastat declarations, and other tax reports Performing VAT account reconciliations and identifying and resolving discrepancies Analyzing transactional data (AP, AR, GL) to ensure VAT accuracy and compliance Supporting VAT payments, refunds, and correction processes Monitoring tax deadlines and maintaining tax calendars Supporting tax audits and preparing responses to tax authority inquiries Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation Preparing and maintaining process documentation (SOPs, controls, work instructions) Cooperating with internal teams (AP, GL, Controlling) and external clients Participating in tax-related projects, transitions, and process migrations Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in VAT compliance, accounting, or finance-related processes Basic understanding of VAT principles, including EU VAT regulations Good command of MS Excel (data analysis, reconciliations, pivot tables, lookups) Experience in working with financial and transactional data Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing Very good command of English (minimum B2) Polish is required (minimum B2) - essential for client communication purposes Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment We offer to the candidates: Performance bonus twice a year Employee referral program bonus Access to training platform (self-learning), domain/soft/technical skills training Private medical care at Medicover (with possible extension to family members) Reimbursement of Multisport card or points on MyBenefit platform Attractive group insurance Additional social bonuses A chance to develop SAP, MDG and reporting skills Internal training program Stable employment based on an employment contract No trial period in the contract Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
