About this role
Fun Club provides a safe, warm and stimulating environment for pupils before and/or after the school day, supporting working families within our community. Under the direction of the Fub Club Supervisor, the successful candidate will work within our friendly and well-established before and after school club.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing and development in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment outside of the formal classroom.
Key responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in before and after school sessionsDeliver engaging activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor playPromote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all children feel valued and supportedSupport children’s social development, encouraging cooperation and independenceEnsure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all timesWork effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with staff and parents
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable)Is patient, friendly, and approachableDemonstrates strong teamwork and communication skillsIs organised, flexible, and able to use their initiativeIs committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenMinimum L3 qualification
