The Lobby Concierge serves as a knowledgeable expert on the Disneyland® Resort and surrounding area, and as a trusted ambassador for Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. By cultivating strong community partnerships and maintaining current, first-hand knowledge of local offerings, they curate personalized experiences that elevate and individualize each Guest’s stay. In this role, the Lobby Concierge manages a wide range of requests, from every day needs to highly customized experiences, while delivering exceptional service aligned with Disney’s luxury service standards. They work collaboratively with internal partners and consistently demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to service excellence.
