As a Class Teacher at Shawclough, you will:
Deliver a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum tailored to meet the needs of your pupils, aligned with the National Curriculum and school policies. Foster a positive, stimulating classroom environment where pupils feel safe, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential. Collaborate closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and leadership to share best practice and support pupil progress. Monitor and assess pupil development, setting clear targets and providing constructive feedback. Play a full role in the pastoral care of pupils, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing.
