This role can be based on either of our island destinations in The Bahamas, Disney Castaway Cay, or Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. As Island Operations Director, you will execute and sustain the island operational vision across all lines of business, leveraging the overall strategic vision of the island experience. You will translate and integrate this vision into our strategic operating plan focused on innovation and continuous process improvements. You will oversee the day to day operational aspects of the island including but not limited to overall island infrastructure, the guest, cast and crew experience, asset management, inventory control, construction, upkeep, maintenance and repair of all island facilities & equipment, and cast/crew training, You will lead, develop and collaborate with a team of dynamic leaders who will support our cast in bringing the island guest experience to life. You will report to the Director, Island Operations and regularly partner with the (shoreside) Manager, Island Projects & Operations, on a continual basis.
